The recipient received a sympathy arrangement that was NOTHING like what I ordered. They farm out their orders. This is NOT a local florist. I complained and only received a $20.00 refund. Disgraceful!!! So deceptive!

DO NOT BUY!!! This is a scam!! I do not believe Nora exists!! I should have looked for an address when they said local- they are not! They left the roses out of the arrangement and sent the medium not deluxe. The card was totally wrong with the names. When I called and told them about the wrong and inadequate arrangement 4 email responses were “ take a picture and send to us!” The arrangement was at the foot of the casket and I was supposed to whip out my phone during visitation to verify. Total nonprofessional morons!!!! Wish they could be shut down!!!

My mom bought flowers for a family member from here spent over $100 and also ordered it in 30inch. When we asked our family member if they received the flower arrangement they took a picture it was extremely small and not even the correct height she asked for. Also it is not a real store as the women over the phone told her they were located in Plymouth but was unable to tell her address and was lying constantly over the phone. This is a scam please do not buy from here as they lie about the arrangements. My mom is a senior citizen and was just trying to do something nice. How dare you target senior citizens and try to make them believe it’s a real shop. She was just trying to do something for her family member who had a son who passed away. Your honesty better off spending money at a real florist shop. Extremely disappointed about this, do better.

ABSOLUTELY do NOT get your flowers from this company!!! ordered flowers 3 days in advance for my Grandmother’s funeral. Was told it was local company. Gave where and time of the service, all pertinent information. Flowers never showed when my husband called during visitation so I could stay with my mother, he was told they were out for delivery and they were very busy. We were there for 3.5 hours, flowers never showed up but by gosh they took their money from my account. BTW my husband said when he called very hard to understand customer service agent who seemed to be foreign.

I purchased a large arrangement to be sent to a colleague who just lost her husband from her team. My personal message along with the type of arrangement I bought would have indicated that to these criminals. She never received them. This is disgusting and incomprehensible.

TOTAL SCAM!! Like most people here, I ordered because the website said this was a florist local to my intended recipient. It is not. The call center is out of the Philippines and when I asked, they couldn't give me a storefront address anywhere. I spoke with the same Filipino rep on the phone twice - once checking for reassurance that the company was legit (it's not) and once to cancel my order (I did, but a full refund is yet to be seen). It's unbelievable to me that there are people in this world willing to cheat and lie full-time, and feel good about their life path. I confronted the rep I spoke with and told her that she could be doing so much more for the world with her kindness and patience. I meant that. She seemed lovely in spite of these horrid circumstances. She gave me the same rote response, insisted that she was based in my friend's small town (the name of which she wasn't even pronouncing correctly), and maintained that this company is legit. Absolutely sickening!

This was the worse experience ever. They still have not delivered the flowers. I called them 7 times and could not get any answers. They had no problem taking my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY>>> BEWARE> THEY will take your money. The manager was rude and did not care. HORRIBLE experience!

Please do not order from this company. Not only were the flowers I ordered embarrassingly small and not like the photo, but I was charged an $18.99 "service fee." If you search this company online, you will see many reviews of unhappy customers. Believe those reviews. I wish I has seen them prior to ordering.
