1 star is their Christmas Gift!!! I called to order flowers that I saw online, advertised with "free delivery". The lady was RUDE the entire time, very impatient, and not helpful at all!!! I finally agreed to spend over my budgeted amount and after giving her all of my information, the total she gave me was WAY more than expected even with taxes!!! I asked about the excessive price as I was not comfortable spending that much; she was rude while telling me that they charge a service fee, which she did not mention while talking about the free delivery. She rudely told me that everyone in the area charges the service fee and kept saying "go ahead and call the other places, go ahead, they'll tell ya, then call me back and place your order." I told her again that I was not comfortable spending that much money and then I told her that I was going to cancel the order. She rudely asked "so you're not going to order these then?!" I said no... she immediately hung up on me without saying another word!!! I WILL NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order before noon for a same day delivery. Same day deliveries are required to be received by 2 PM. I was well before that. I got an email at 2:10 that my order was cancelled due to supply issue (sounds like they were out of stock on the item I ordered). I called at 2:30 to see if they could substitute a different item and still have it go out same day. They would not do it. I wish they would have told me when I ordered that it was cancelled so that I could have used a different florist or could have changed my order in time to go same day. Horrible customer service!!!!!

This florist took my phone in order then called back and told me to go online to place the order after taking all my information. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this florist. Beyond poor customer service for someone in the service industry.Very unprofessional!

I picked out an arrangement that I thought was great for the price. But when I had put in all my info to buy it and got the total, right before time to submit, I saw they had tacked on a 16.00 service fee, plus the tax. I know there are other sites that think this is acceptable, but I don't and won't shop via these sites. To top if off, I got an e-mail telling me my cart was waiting. When I explained my complaint, I got some bogus explanation about the service fee being posted. Yes, it's posted once you are ready to submit the order, not while you are shopping. I thought I was getting a great deal until I saw the final price!

I asked specifically if this was a local florist and was lied to on two occasions, once when I called to order and a couple of hours later when I called to cancel, which they did not allow me to do. This is clearly a bait and switch scam which I have experienced before with florists. I thought I asked enough questions, but should have done more research. Always confirm the existence of a shop with a map or a local so you don't find yourself paying a high service fee for your "free delivery, " for either no flowers or a subpar arrangement. They might get their flowers from a local shop, but as middlemen they take a big chunk of money with no benefit to the actual local florist.

I ordered a Christmas Grace bouquet. $72.99 + a $13.00 box of chocolate's Red glass vase. They delivered a cheap bouquet in a clear glass vase. Not even close to what I ordered. Filthy behavior.

Absolutely the WORST!!! I ordered an arrangement for my daughter’s birthday and with out contacting me they canceled my order due to “lack of inventory” I cannot believe they did this and didn’t even bother to contact me. How you have no inventory of roses and daisies is beyond me!! Awful!!!!

I called and ordered an arrangement for a friend of mine. What was delivered looked nothing like I ordered. I called them and told them what they delivered was nothing like what I ordered. They wanted pictures of what I ordered and what they delivered and then they told me to read the fine print. They gave me a $10 refund and called it good. Not good enough. I will never order from this company again.
