Horrible experience. We ordered flowers and when they never got delivered we called. They told us they cancelled the order and sent us an email. We never received an email. Ridiculous!!! If you are going to cancel an order that was paid for they should be calling.

STAY AWAY!! No flowers delivered and won't refund money! Lied to me when I was ordering and told me he was the florist in the shop...seemed fishy but I was rushing. Wish I had read these reviews first...glad I used Amex, I'll let their disputes department sort it out.

Wrong flowers (cheapest they could send for what i paid) and late.

They are really good at taking the order and your money, but delivering is another story. Ordered Valentines Day roses early Wednesday morning for a Friday delivery, it's 7:00 on Friday and still no delivery. Is anyone expected to be around that late in the day to accept? Lesson learned. Buyer beware!!

Flowers never delivered. Who does that? Customer Service not answering. Thank God I put it on Amex.

This is by far the worst florist I have ever ordered from. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. They are completely deceitful! Do not order from them. They do not honor their same day delivery and then they hide the fact that they charge you a service fee, which they then cannot offer a logical explanation for it. I was told it was to put an orchid in the pot. Ridiculous. They even lie to you when you are demanding a refund because they never delivered your order as promised and guaranteed. They also lie about being local. They are not. They also won't tell you who the florist is that is actually preparing and delivering your order. Just don't use them.

I ordered flowers for a friend in another city. I was routed by google to Flowers by Nora. I placed my order it indicated that there was no delivery charge for the order. When I was able to go to the receipt (I did it on my phone) later I found I was charged for the flowers and tax with an additional charge that stated Handling fee- it was for $18.99. Yes, it was my fault for not viewing the details until after I was able to view it on my computer later, but seriously no-delivery fee, yet a $18.99 handling fee to me is outrageous, it didn't give details as to what a handling fee is for. I attempted to call and it just rang and rang. The flowers I ordered were $54 to see a handeling fee for an additional 35% is ridiculous.
