I see a lot of similar reviews. Quite simply this company sucks. There's no quality control and when you point out that what you ordered is nothing like what was delivered they will throw $5-$10 back to you and tell you to deal with it.

Do NOT order flowers from Flowers by Nora unless you want to be extremely disappointed, embarrassed, and pay a lot for arrangements that don’t look like their online pictures. Also, their customer service is extremely poor as well. The flower arrangement I sent for a relative’s birthday was full of greenery instead of the flowers shown online. When I called to complain, I was told to write an email and include a picture! I did write the email and include a picture, only to receive a $10 refund and be given excuses of flower availability, flower substitution, etc…. This was a $100 arrangement and a $10 refund was not adequate for what was delivered. So disappointed!

Terrible. They will not deliver anything close to what you ordered. I sent a deluxe sized Gentle Blossoms Basket (basket with 5 flowering plants of varying types and colors) to a funeral and received pictures the next day of a tin bucket with 3 tiny kalanchoe and a brown-leafed, dying spiked plant. I was embarrassed, contacted them, sent photos...and they offered $20 back on my $93 total order. Run! This is an awful company that does not care.

Do not order from this florist! They pulled the bait and switch. I ordered a deluxe bouquet, 14"x22" for my sister who's husband just died. They sent a puny 8"x11" bouquet. I was not only embarrassed, but am very angry that they pulled this shit. This is typical of florists though. I haven't found one honest florist yet that actually delivers what I order. Stay away from them.

Buyer Beware!!! They take your order and money and don’t deliver the flowers. Offered me a $5 compensation. This business is a joke!!!! Left my granddaughter with no birthday gift from me 😢

Ordered flowers, they took my money and never delivered them. When I reached out, they gave me a time that they were delivered but that was a lie because my wife was still at work during the time they stated the flowers were delivered no flowers. I have asked for a refund 7 times so far and keep being told they are investigating. This company is a complete scam, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I actually wish I could give this company no stars at all. They told me 3 different times on Valentines day that my arrangement would be delivered before 9 PM to the fire station where my bf works. The next day they lied and said it had been delivered. He told me he never received anything. I was so embarrassed. They gave me a refund and basically told me oh well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!

Dont waste your time! Spent iver 30 minutes on the phone with ordering flowers. Two hours later received an email that they counsels fulfill the order. Emailed them back livid that they took the order in the first place they turn around to say they have absolutely no flowers in their inventory!!! What a joke and beyond waste of time. Use a small mom & pop shop- these places are nothing but price gauging and a let down.
