Absolutely trash. No artistic effort put into the arrangement, looked nothing like the ordered bouquet. Missing all the higher end flowers and just filler. Would not discuss refund or new arrangement. Had to go through the bank to challenge this.

Review for Flowers by Nora – Terrible Experience
If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order last Thursday for my sister’s funeral—two beautiful stands and a casket spray totaling nearly $800. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with them to ensure everything was correct, and my debit card was charged. Imagine my devastation when I arrived at the funeral only to find out no flowers were delivered.
The company claimed the order was "not confirmed," which makes absolutely no sense since they processed my payment. As a result, I was left scrambling on the day of my sister’s funeral to find last-minute arrangements while family and friends waited. This unnecessary stress and distress during a time of grief is something no one should ever experience.
Although they refunded my money, the damage was done. Nora and her team completely failed me on one of the most important days of my life. I would never use their services again and would strongly advise others to go elsewhere. Unreliable, unprofessional, and utterly disappointing.

DON'T USE!!! Beware of Tele-flora scammers and false advertising!
Called on the phone the night before delivery day to order flowers for a friend in the hospital. I asked a lot of questions whether they were local, if they delivered to the specific hospital, etc. They assured me they were local and that they did deliver to said hospital. I gave all information needed over the phone including my email address and payment info. I did not order anything specific just a vase with mixed flowers-"something pretty". The next morning (day of scheduled delivery), I receive an email saying my order was cancelled due to "supply issues" to which I pushed back (I've worked in a local flower shop before, I know what supply is like when it's not around a holiday or prom season) and questioned what kind of supply issues and why I was not alerted when I made the call in the first place. Anyway, they said I would be fully refunded, and I received an invoice showing the refund (we will see in the next few days). So, I call a second company, Ruth's Roses, asked all the same questions, placed my order, gave the info (she confirmed my email-it was correct), and confirmed multiple times that I would receive an email invoice/receipt with the order number and delivery information shortly. A few hours later, no invoice from the company. I called. Asked again for the receipt for my records-she confirmed my email and this time it was wrong. She said she was sending it again. Still nothing. Then I sent an email to the email address at the bottom of the website. And I received an email from the original company-Flowers by Nora-in response with Ruth's Roses (the second company) in the description (???) I emailed back and questioned it. Called again, and finally got that Ruth's is a sister company. They are working together. Still had not received an invoice/receipt from Ruths. I called them out for all of it after they told me my order at Ruths had also been cancelled; I demanded invoices and full refunds if my order was, in fact, cancelled. Hours later, I finally received an invoice. I'm closely watching my accounts. I checked with the recipient to see if flowers were received and they did receive them, despite lots of misinformation, lies, false advertising, and scamming attempts. Keep your wits about you. Be careful of these third-party florists-it's frustrating when you aren't local to the area! Don't let them get away with any of it!

Avoid Flowers by Nora
I ordered a flower basket ($115) for same day delivery in Sewickley. It took a long time on the phone to place the order. The basket I ordered was one pictured on their website and recommended to me during my call. Four hours later, they sent an email (no phone call!) saying the order wouldn’t be delivered due to “supply issues” and that it would take 3-5 business days to get a refund. Why did they recommend something they didn’t have and why wouldn’t they call to discuss alternatives. By the time I saw the email, it was too late to order from another shop. Suggest avoiding Flowers by Nora.

Absolutely disgusting service!
Absolutely disgusting service!! This was for an elderly gentleman’s funeral service and they simply chose NOT TO DELIVER THE ORDER and when I called they said “we cancelled that order over lack of flowers”. How embarrassing, no phone call to me or email. They advertised as a “home-town” florist. Being out of state, I didn’t know the difference. I hope Nora loses whatever business she or they have.
Again, very disappointing!!!

Beware Flowers by Nora
Flowers by Nora after ordering a spray for an upcoming funeral I started having feelings that I had been scammed. They charged my credit card immediately however, never received email or an invoice. Called again requesting invoice. Finally received invoice after reviewing invoice I noticed the invoice had many punctuation errors. I then knew I just hit scammed. 3rd time calling Requested refund hopefully they will return my money. Beware they seem to have numerous websites that all are the same. Nora’s Flowers and Ruth Roses.
