I called and ordered a very expensive Funeral Spray, two days prior to the Service. The day of "NO FLOWERS" were delivered. Unfortunately there isn't any grade less than one star

NOT a local florist, just a misleading Google ad listing. Ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday and they cancelled the order. The cancellation email went to spam, so I was left high and dry feeling like an idiot.

Ordered flowers to be delivered same day. I called at 7pm and rep told me they were out for delivery. Had to call the next day to cancel order because no flowers arrived. DO NOT ORDER!

Don’t even want to give a one star. Ordered casket spray/blanket and additional flowers for my father in laws funeral. Put specific orders to deliver early (no later than 10 am) got to funeral home - no flowers. Called and were told earliest we could get them was 12:00. Funeral service was at 11. We are very displeased with this “company”. Disgusting service!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY,!!

Flowers by Nora didn't send the flowers I ordered for my Mom's 80th birthday! I called to see where the order was and was told that their designers were experiencing "supply chain issues and did not have any fresh flowers"! Seriously??? You still took my order and didn't bother to notify me that this was an issue. I received no call or email and only found out they didn't send it when I called at 7:00 pm! I am steamed. DO NOT USE THIS CRAPPY FLORIST!!!

Zero stars. DON’T USE THIS FLORIST I ordered flowers for a funeral and found out 3 hours AFTER the funeral they were unable to fulfill the order. They have assured me I will receive a refund but their assurances don’t mean much. I’ll be watching closely.

I ordered flowers 3 days prior to my delivery request and received confirmation of the order. My friend never received the flowers nor was there any communication by Nora Flowers even though when I called customer service today, they said they had sent an email to me informing me that the order had been cancelled. I would rate this a zero if that was an option.

I ordered flowers but was told the order was incomplete. However, it was booked from my credit card nevertheless, and no confirmation email received, just lots of reminders to pay!
