Arrived on time. A substitute of daisies with missing pedals for white alstroemeria. There was no ribbon on vase like pictured. I was disappointed when my 90 year Aunt showed me the picture on what was for Mother's Day. I thought there would be more care from a local florist. Never again. I asked them to rectify some how, and they sent me their terms and conditions with an apology.

Flowers by Nora is a scam. Took my money and never delivered any flowers. I called customer service and was told that they were marked delivered when they never were and that I was out of luck. They made zero effort to make the situation right.

Avoid This Company – Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Completely Disrespectful to Their Customers I ordered flowers from this New Jersey flower company for a close friend's birthday, and it was a complete disaster. They promised delivery by a certain time, but the flowers never arrived. We confirmed this directly with the recipient, who has been checking her front door constantly. To make matters worse, when I called the company late in the evening, they confirmed that the flowers still hadn’t been delivered. What kind of flower company plans to drop off a bouquet at night, leaving it to sit on someone’s front porch overnight, especially during a stretch of hot and dry New Jersey weather? That’s not just poor planning – it’s outright negligence. I called four times to resolve this, and every time, they refused to refund my money, insisting on an “investigation” as if it’s somehow our fault that the flowers never showed up. They didn’t even send a basic confirmation email, leaving us completely in the dark. At this point, it feels like they’re more interested in dodging responsibility than actually serving their customers. If you want your special moments to actually be special, avoid this company like the plague. Their customer service is a joke, their promises are empty, and their business practices are unacceptable. They clearly don’t care about their customers, and they certainly don’t deserve your trust or your business.

Do not order anything from this company! I'm not even sure they're real, but I'm going to drive by there today and check. I placed an order and on the day it was supposed to be delivered when it wasn't delivered I had to contact them at which time they told me they didn't have any supplies to make any flowers?!? So I asked them were they going to let me know that they weren't going to deliver my order, because I clearly had to get in touch with them.

The note accompanying the flowers were written on a scrap of recycled paper with another customer's personal information (name, address, phone number etc). NEVER NEVER NEVER USE FLOWERS BY NORA!

Checked to see for a Florist in the area where my sister-in-law lives. Per their lovely online pictures and dialogue of being a small town family business I assumed they were a local brick and mortar store and ordered: I picked out (with an item with a number) 1 dozen Red Roses in a red vase per the picture online. Luckily I received pictures of what she actually got: White chrysanthemums and white daisies in a white basket. Like buying a Luxury Cadillac and getting a small Ford. Bait & Switch? Called my credit card company and then Nora’s Flowers to advise them I was not going to pay for the wrong flowers. Nora said they would check the order. Red roses in a red vase as depicted in their ad were delivered 3 days later AND they took the white basket arrangement back “to show the owner”, after requesting & receiving pictures from us of what was delivered. Guess our pictures were not enough.

Wanted to use a local florist for Mother's Day, which they say they are. Placed an online order, but never got an email confirmation. Called and spoke to rude guy. He said due to supply chain issues my order was cancelled. Told him I got no email. Asked for a refund, told it was already refunded. Asked why they didn't contact me about the cancellation, he hung up. Called my bank, payment was still pending but I have to wait to dispute it. Do NOT use this website, just harvesting CC numbers.
