You do NOT get what you paid for and the company is dodgy about why. I only read all the reviews after they sent an expensive arrangment that had about 1/4 of the flowers in the photo advertised. I even ordered it over the phone and the woman actually quote all the flowers that were to be in it. What they sent was not ugly, but it CERTAINLY is not what I paid for and VERY expensive. Also it was late, and I was clear about having it delivered for a birthday and ordered in advance. If you care about what you are sending, and your money, do go ELSEWHERE. I have posted photos on yelp and there are so many other people with the same experience.

Horrible place to order from they where supposed to deliver flower to the funeral at 10am 6.6.25 they email me at 1.27 pm to let me know they don't have flowers to forfill my order I don't recommend this place for flower .

Purchased flowers for delivery for my grand daughter for her 14th birthday. I ordered 24 hours before hand and asked for an AM delivery. I called the day of the delivery at 2:00 PM and was told that the driver never responded and the flowers were on the truck for delivery. I am not even sure there will be a delivery. I called my credit card company to have them halt payment. What a SCAM of a company. DO NOT USE THEM. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

If I could rate this company 0 stars, I would. I have never had a negative experience with a florist, as I did with this company. Their website displays beautiful arrangements and that they are a local florist that delivers in San Antonio area. I provided the location & address to a local hospital in San Antonio, and they confirmed they deliver to that location. Placed an order just after 11am on 5/30 and they confirmed same day delivery as long as orders are placed before 2pm. Received a text message at 3:37pm from the florist stating they do not have the flowers in stock and asked if they could deliver them first thing the following morning (5/31). We agreed and they stated our delivery would be their first stop. Received an email at 11:24am on 5/31 stating they could not fulfill our order, due to supply issues. If they did not have the supplies needed, it should have been communicated from the very beginning, which would have allowed us the opportunity to order from another florist. These flowers were ordered for a very ill team member and due to this unprofessional service, our team member did not get the flowers they much needed during their difficult time. The company's management should be ashamed of themselves for delivering such poor service. I will never recommend this company.

Absolutely trash of a business. Placed an order with 7 days lead time, checked in 2 hours before the window I gave and was told it was on the truck out for delivery. 30 minutes before the close of the delivery window they tell me "due to supply issues they cant fulfill my order." Needless to say I will never use them again and recommend that nobody uses them unless you want to be lied to that they are getting delivered and then nothing shows up.

I live in Florida and ordered flowers for my mother who fell and broke her hip. I had contacted another florist in the Tahoe area but they tried to get me to pay three times for the order. So I went to flowers by Nora’s. I checked at the end of the day and still no flowers. I called and canceled just like I did with the last florist. I have never had an experience with florist ever. I call and the flowers get delivered. I have even done it internationally. Everything has always been delivered with no problems. Would never use this florist ever again. Or basically any florist in Tahoe.

They put the wrong name of me on the message card. Did not offer to compensate me for their mistake. The person in the hospital had no idea from whom the bouquet came. Service fee outrageous. Do not use.

I ordered an arrangement for a funeral that cost $104.49. What they sent was an arrangement that cost approximately $60.00 to $65.00. It NOTHING like what I had ordered. The are going to refund me $18.99 which is their service fee. No explanation of how they arrived at this amount. I would not recommend to anyone to order from them
