I ordered the lily and pink rose bouquet on monday morning to be delivered to my mom on Wednesday between late morning and early afternoon for her 100th birthday party at a retirement community. It's 4:53 and no flowers, put me on hold and passed me around 15 minutes to say oh the driver is delivering it tonight. I am trying to dispute -if the flowers are garbage or don't get delivered the credit card will dispute and remove the charges..... I am livid

I placed an order thinking this was a small, family-owned type business in South Carolina. I received an email today (the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered) saying they were unable to deliver. I think it's a scam. I will be making sure my money is returned.

I chose Flowers By Nora because they presented themselves as a local florist, which was important to me when ordering flowers for the funeral of a beloved employee who had given 26 years of service to our organization. I specifically ordered a standing funeral arrangement to be there for the funeral. Instead, the flowers were delivered several days early. When we arrived at the funeral, the arrangement was nowhere to be found. The funeral director explained that because the flowers had arrived so early, they were concerned the arrangement would wilt before the service and sent it directly to the family. When I contacted Flowers By Nora about the problem, I was asked to provide a photo of the arrangement. I explained that I couldn’t provide a photo because the arrangement wasn’t at the funeral. Their proposed resolution was to refund only the $18.99 service fee. I was also extremely disappointed to discover that the customer-service experience was nothing like dealing with the local florist I believed I was ordering from. When I called for help, I reached what appeared to be a call center rather than the local flower shop I expected. Funeral flowers aren’t an ordinary delivery. They are sent for a specific service, on a specific day, for a reason. We wanted this arrangement to honor someone who had devoted 26 years of her life to our organization. Instead, we arrived at her funeral to find that our flowers weren’t there. That is why I am so disappointed with Flowers By Nora and would not use them again.

The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. Trying to get a correction is useless because the substitution policy of this telephone business allows them to deliver whatever they want. I will never use them again. Buyer beware of this fake business.

I live out of state and ordered flowers online for a best friend for her birthday. The flowers were supposed to be 10 dollars cheaper as posted and after ordering and with an $18.99 service fee, it cost me $90 total. They were then delivered to a college campus apartment 20 miles south of the specified business. Called and had someone who barely spoke English. She would not apologize or offer to arrange for proper delivery. Waste of money and energy

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!! We ordered flowers thinking that we were dealing with a shop in Newton. That is NOT the case. The flowers were supposed to be delivered two days ago. Since they never delivered, we called "Nora's" only to be told by a customer service center that they would do an investigation and that the flowers could not be delivered today, the third day past the expected delivery. We asked for a refund, but were told that was not possible. Also, beware of the extra "service fee" added to the transaction price. Shame on you!

I would rate it a zero if I could! I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau as well. This business has to stop scamming people! I ordered a funeral arrangement and what they delivered looked like it was sitting in a hot car for a week! The flowers were dead and it was NOT anywhere near what I ordered from their website. I contacted them immediately! They have been non reponsive and only told me they are "investigating" it. Now the moment has passed to be able to express your love and sympathy through flowers and I am requesting a refund. I only wish I would have read reviews before ordering. They proclaim they are a family owned local business which is why I went with them. SHAME ON THEM!!! The worst time of a persons life after the death of a loved one and Flowers by Nora is scamming people. I only hope the BBB can help.

This is a fraudulent company setup to steal your information. DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE. They told me they were in Chattanooga TN, when I placed the order and then a few minutes later it was canceled due to “supply chain issues” and they now said they were in Las Vegas. It must be a Chinese front.
