FlowersbynoraReviews of flowersbynora.com

Dang, I should have read the reviews before using this horrible company. I ordered a premium arrangement - thinking I was giving business to a local florist. When the arrangement came it was NOTHING CLOSE to what was ordered. It was spindly and poorly arranged and the flowers were not at all the color scheme or the actual flowers that I ordered. If I could give a minus one, I would. Do not be mislead by their false advertising. This is some big conglomerate and 100% not a local florist. Shame on them for being so deceptive.

One was the lowest number I could give. I would have given zero. The worst flower order ever. I ordered the large size. When I arrived at the wake service the wreath was the smallest size. This was for a child and instead of a nice size teddy bear it looked like something from a McDonald's meal. I hope this helps someone else. I would recommend stay away from this company!!!!

ALERT!! I went through their site to place an order for a funeral. After I entered all the details & hit submit, their site froze & was stuck on “Loading…” so I placed an order with a different company company. A few minutes later I received an alert that they had charged my debit card so I immediate called them to let them know of the charge & requested a refund since the item was still in my cart. The rep told me she had placed a request for a refund and that she would call me back that day or Saturday. She never called & so I called back on Monday and was then informed that a refund was not requested. I offered to send the a pic of the item still in my cart & as well as asking them to send me the email confirmation (have now requested it 3 times) and they are refusing. They prey on your family’s losses. Be careful, they will scam you.

Terrible and misleading. Ordered top of line bouquet and thankfully saw the bouquet that was delivered. It was nothing like the picture! Beware!

Did not deliver when promised After learning that a friend of mine lost a family member, I ordered a bouquet from Flowers by Nora and they said that it would be delivered the same day. It was stated on the invoice as well. The day after the promised delivery date, I called three times to ask where the flowers were. The first two calls left me with no information. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager was not at the store. With the last call, I canceled my order and requested a full refund. The flowers are meaningless now, my friend will be elsewhere. I will update this review if I don't receive the refund.

If there was a negative -0 star I would have selected that. I order a funeral spray for our company boss father whom passed. Collected money from all the supervisors to purchase an arrangement over $200, to be delivered the same day to the funeral home the day before the funeral. I received my confirmation email of payment etc. Low and behold Nora's emailed me 45 minutes later saying they could not fulfill the order. The refund of over $200 would be refunded between 3-5 business days. Consequently, too late to reach out to another florist. We end up just hand delivering a small live plant the same day of the funeral. Then the funeral directors did not read the card from our plant. Ughhhh!!!

I ordered a basket flowers with three balloons for my boss. I was horrified to see what they delivered. A measly bunch of flowers that wilted right away, with one balloon, not three and NOT in a basket. That was the whole charm of the arrangement. It came instead in a cheap looking clear glass vase. They also delivered the flowers at 9:30 at NIGHT! When I complained, they only gave me money back for the two balloons that were missing. I will never order from them again.

Made an order. I was in a hurry. Requested the order to be canceled a few minutes later after reading reviews. Customer service responded that they couldn't cancel due to not being able to reach the delivery driver who was already out delivering my order for the next day.
