BEWARE! We ordered a very expensive (over $300) sympathy arrangement for a funeral service. It was supposed to represent the company he worked for from his friends from work. We ordered 6 days early. NEVER ARRIVED! They called us 2 days after the funeral service to say the florist didn't have enough flowers and they would give us a refund. If they called us ahead of time to tell us they could not deliver, we could have called someone else. Very upsetting. This isn't a birthday it was for a FUNERAL! So his company with all his friends who he worked with for many years was not represented. I don't know why they could not call us so we could make other arrangements. They asked if we wanted it now and send it to someone's house. No this is a $350 heart arrangement we don't want it to someone's house we wanted it for the funeral. Unacceptable. And didn't even offer us a discount for any new flowers. Just beware if it's important like a funeral I wouldn't go through flowerdelivery.com

Never received the order. Could not get in touch with customer service. Any reply to an email complaint was automated. This is a scam.

Am 11.12. habe ich auf dieser Website 11 elegante Rosen zum Geburtstag meiner Mutter bestellt und 71 € bezahlt. Auf der Website wurde eine Lieferung vor 10 Uhr, nach 18 Uhr oder ganztägig angeboten. Ich habe die Lieferung vor 10 Uhr morgens gewählt. Ergebnis: keine Blumen, aber die Abbuchung wurde sehr schnell am 12.12. morgens durchgeführt. Heute ist der 14.12.2025, und die Lieferung wurde immer noch nicht ausgeführt. Nach mehreren Nachrichten habe ich nur ein Versprechen erhalten, dass die Blumen am 13.12.2025 geliefert werden würden – das stimmt nicht. Seien Sie vorsichtig mit dieser Website. Der angebotene Service entspricht nicht der Realität.

Scam, paid and nothing arrived

Warning: This is a scam. Avoid them at all costs. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day but did not receive it. I tried to call their customer service many times, but nobody replied. BE ALERT!

Incompetent ! Ordered same day delivery on a Saturday first AM. It did not arrive, was told they would not deliver on Sunday. Finally customer service contacted us on Monday, they apologised and said they would make it up to us, send extra flowers and fruit basket …. To only get a message later to say they had cancelled the order and would not be sending the delivery. Very unsatisfactory. We would have ordered elsewhere. Will never use again.

Zero stars...just to be clear. I ordered flowers for my dear friends 40th who is also battling cancer. Wanting to make her day as nice as possible, I spent $90 for a next day delivery. Not only did the flowers not get delivered, this scam of a company did not notify me of a missed delivery. I am going to get every penny back..whatever that takes. Beyond disgusted and disappointed!

DANG! I believe I got scammed by flower delivery.com. I ordered flowers yesterday and the supposed to delivered today 5/12/24. I paid $86.00 and it came right out of my bank account. Now they sending me messages saying they can't deliver today. There message is below: I got this message yesterday and today. Ophelia, we apologize that we are unable to deliver your order #9883575 to Dianne Schurlock today and we have rescheduled it for tomorrow. We understand how important it is to show your loved-ones how important they are to you and we are truly sorry.
