FlowspaceReviews of flow.space

Our company (Cargohouse - Carson, CA) has been using Flow.space platform to perform both simple and sophisticated warehouse related tasks. Flow.space WMS application is robust and suits our, as well as our clients’, needs over the years. The Flow.space team is always adding new features to improve the overall processing experience. Their software application is simple to interface and our team loves the easy and user friendly layout. What’s even better is their support team ~ our representative Mr. Steve Kim (and many others from accounting to software development) is always prompt and professional on our inquiries and whenever we need assistance! The Flow.space customer service level is just a great bonus to have!

HFC has been a warehouse provider to Flowspace since the start of Flowspace. From the very beginning the Flowspace team has showed impeccable service to their providers and customers. The Flowspace OMS/Inventory system is far advanced from any other system, it's simple to use, and cost productive for its users.

Flowspace has been great. Honestly the cleanest UI I have ever worked with. There support is always available when I need it too!

Flowspace has been a lifesaver for us as a start-up in the food product area. Many things went wrong with the packing of our products from our co-packers and SEVERAL times I had to message Flowspace and our distribution warehouse, Columbia Distribution, and I always got the help I needed, especially when things were an emergency and had to be handed right away. Going forward, I know things will go smoother on our end, but knowing that extreme help is available is what it is all about for a staart-up, to have the needed support and also be walked through new things....I look forward to continuing with Flowspace and watching or products fly off onto trucks from the warehouse and selling our products successfully with such professional help.

Flowspace is a strong WMS and logistics partner. They serve our needs as a warehousing & fulfillment business. Their platform is cutting edge and continuously improves, adding new features that are helpful to our operations. Their account management team is easy to reach and their communication is dependable. I highly recommend.

Awesome 3PL to work with, customer service is very responsive, rate are also not bad. We are just a small startup and they have crucial in expanding.

This company is very professional, has a strong and knowledgeable staff, and always willing to trouble shoot or assist in problem solving! Their WMS is very user friendly, and affordable when compared to similar WMS on the market. Highly recommend this company!
