FlowspaceReviews of flow.space

As the Logistics Manager for a national brand I have to put a lot of trust into our 3PL partner. Flowspace has definitely earned that trust. We have partnered with Flowspace for 3 years now and they are far and away the best 3PL I have ever worked with. We use warehouses in Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas and Atlanta. Service is 5 star. Great people, great company.

Flowspace has enabled our e-commerce (Shopify) CPG business to achieve our growth targets over the last 2.5 years. Our Account Manager, Meaghan, has become a valued extension of our supply chain team and frequently offers strategic insights and recommendation. The platform is highly functional and new solutions are added frequently, integrating user feedback and requests. They have a freight brokerage team who offer competitive rates, enabling seamless logistics in and out of our warehouse. Our warehouse partner is organized and able to fulfill complex D2C orders, LTL orders, and accurately maintain inventory counts. I have worked with many other warehouses and their attention to detail and consistency meeting our SLA’s is unmatched. This ensures our customers have an optimal experience and return, so we value their partnership as a growth driver. When we’re ready to expand into a second fulfillment center, Flowspace will support the transition, an additional upside to joining the network. If you're considering working with them, I recommend it.

A good partner doesn't shy away from difficult tasks, challenges, or conversations. Instead, they help you navigate them even when it might be uncomfortable to do so. The team at Flowspace recently helped us make an unexpected and untimely warehouse move. Their coordinated effort required us to trust that they would address our concerns, meet our deadlines, and place us in a location that would better fit our needs. Throughout it all they communicated necessary information, made themselves available for our every request, and set us up for what should be a location for long term success. None of this was easy for either side, but we appreciated their desire to do all the right things and make us feel like we had a true partner we can trust.

The BEST THING that has happened to us has been Flowspace. Our business has been partnered with Flowspace for many years - our business has scaled and grown rapidly and Flowspace is a big part of the reason why. The help team is very helpful and prompt to respond our needs at all times. Our direct contact, Steve Kim is always quick to respond and we really enjoy working with Steve with his knowledge and dependability. We highly recommend flowspace.

Over the course of just a few short years working alongside this partner, the Flow Space team I've had the pleasure of meeting and working directly with: Troy, Cody, Steve, and Jordan have all demonstrated exceptional drive and willingness to find ideal solutions to satisfy client and partners and grow the business. Their attention to detail, rapid responses, and professionalism go far above and beyond a partner or client could expect.

Hello, I am Operations Manager at Shipfront, a 3PL in downtown LA. Our business has been partnered with Flowspace since inception in 2020 and it has been an absolute joy. Working with their outstanding team, our business has grown and scaled quickly over the last two and a half years; they found and placed every merchant we work with. The WMS is intuitive and easy to learn. The development team is responsive to feedback from from the warehouse and consistently improving functionality to increase productivity. The help team is knowledgeable, friendly and quick to resolve any issues. Our direct rep, Vicky, is amazing! Her knowledge and guidance are paramount to our success. If you are in the market not only for a great WMS but a outstanding business partner, I highly recommend Flowspace.

I've had a great experience using Flowspace platform for the past several months. Although I would like to see more of a "order tracking/processing" friendly structure; the over all experience has allowed our company to expand our knowledge with the different process methods.

We consistently receive support with all outstanding opportunities. Jordan Pecherek and Cody Basler are excellent business partners.
