Made everything easy and seamless

Flowspace is a fantastic. After years of working with other warehouse brokers, I'm so glad I finally found Flowspace. Everything is managed online (e.g. in one place), plus it's easy to get support on the few occasions where something is unique or complicated. Lately, I've been working with Jenee, and she's especially great, but I've been equally impressed with everyone I've interacted with at Flowspace.

Happy to be working with Flowspace; they've been receptive to every need we communicate, and are flexible to a wide range of business volumes. As our business grows, it's becoming apparent how valuable their function is as it pertains to our business. They have a very "small business feel," which was one of the reasons we chose them as our 3PL solution - they make you feel taken care of, and respond swiftly to queries, and resolve problems with customized solutions. We've approached them with some unique challenges, and although that comes with innate friction, we have always arrived at a sufficient end-state. They've even proven to think beyond the scope of their role - shout out to Casey - who has included us on other opportunities that could help our business grow in conjunction with Flowspace.

It is a great service company that helps compay who needs third party warehouse services. Their on site system is convenient. You can communicate directly with your warehouse using its system. Sometimes it gets delay, so I contact flowspace stuff to help us. Jenee' Brown helps us to arrange all of the outbound orders shipped. The feedback is fast and helpful!

The Flowspace system is very user friendly and amazing for managing your inventory. When you initially sign on with them Joy Wilson gives you a thorough walk- through of the WMS and is great with answering any questions regarding the service and warehouse. After the on-boarding process you have the ability to communicate directly with the warehouse regarding any specific request and in the event the warehouse and you cannot figure out how to manage a project the operations team is extremely responsive when you reach out to them via email. Jenee' Brown has been great with getting me the much needed updates and advise regarding any special request. They offer competitive transportation rates for both small parcel and freight and super happy I do not have to deal with arranging this on my own. Oscar Granda is extremely helpful and can get you updates as soon as the same day for certain urgent transportation requests. Also for any business using Amazon or Shopify, they can directly integrate your Amazon/Shopify with their system making it extremely easy to process the orders received from both Platforms. I would recommend the service to everyone and looking forward to growing my business with them.

I recently signed up with Flowspace for warehouse storage, order fulfillment and shipping. I have been using their services for a week now and so far I only have good reviews. The transition has been nothing but very professional and stress free. My inventory was un loaded, all SKUs entered into their data base and ready for order processing within 24 hours. I had my first order processed and delivered today and all went according to specific instructions given. I have full access on line for all my inventory, orders, in bound and out bound orders. The communication has been amazing. Thank you Flowspace!! I hope to have a long standing happy relationship with you all.
