Great Service!! Ilove how everyone was easy to work with and Portal is very user friendly. Very Thankful to Oscar and Matt for helping get everything set up in a short amount of time.

Pretty disappointing experience. I was really looking forward to a warehousing provider with transparent pricing and a well-designed automated interface, but we never experienced any of these things. Perhaps it was just the sales person we were working with, but even getting a simple quote was like pulling teeth, and we had to follow up many times just to get responses.

Great so far! Jenee' at Flowspace has gone above and beyond for us. She prioritized us when we needed it most and that is really important to us as customers. Our relationship is young but we are off to a great start!

Very intuitive 3PL system for adding products, orders and even having them book a shipment based on the information provided. If anything goes wrong, jenee and jr are the two people who immediately know how to make it right. Would recommend.

Everything does not always go perfectly, but there is a VERY strong desire to make things right and fix issues that come up. There are a few technical features that aren't built out yet that belong in a full-service platform, but there is a lot of transparency on their part as to when they are coming. It feels like they will work all the kinks out within the next several months, and in the meantime they have always made things right *fast*

Flowspace is very user-friendly. Utilizing this website has been quite self-explanatory. Not only that, but the team at Flowspace is approachable and willing to help with whatever is necessary to keep their customers content.

We started with Flowspace as a temp solution as we migrated out of a significantly cost prohibitive and poorly performing 3PL provider that needed to end quickly. Flowspace gave us the ability to focus on growing our business, not burning cycles on the minutiae of logistics. Openly willing to take feedback on making their service better and shine brighter as a tool for their customers. Responsive and supportive if any issues with a particular warehouse partner arises. A few tweaks of the UI functionality particular our needs and they'll be a core component of our business for the long haul!

Oscar communicates clearly and professionally when informing what shipments are available for the week. He responds to any inquiry promptly.
