Wasn’t sure it was worth buying presets but they had a sale and I am not equipped enough to make my own so I went for it. I stupidly ordered the wrong type (mobile over desktop) so reached out the customer service to see if there was anything that could be done and the next business day i as an email from Alexa who has solved my issue that was all my fault. Beautiful presents and great service

I ordered the wrong presets and it was completely my issue. I emailed support to see if there was anything they could do for me. Even though I didnt expect anything. They were very quick with their response and they corrected MY issue at no cost and now I have all 7 packs of my beautiful presets! THANK YOU!
