All digital file downloads are INSTANT. Once payments are made, all our customers receive access to their files IMMEDIATELY after their payments have been posted and their purchases have been completed. Upon checking your account, we have seen that, unfortunately, your Order was tagged and automatically canceled by our system due to the high risk of fraudulent activity. In the rare event that customers don’t receive their presets due to technical difficulties, we make sure to contact them and proceed to resolve the issue. In addition, customers also reach out to us via [email protected] during these times and we ALWAYS make sure to attend to their concern immediately (within 24-48 hours). Right now, we would really like to help you -- as we always do for our customers! Once payments are made, all our customers receive access to their files IMMEDIATELY after their payments have been posted and their purchases have been completed. Moreover, a lot of our customers have been extremely satisfied with the presets that we offer, and they were more than happy and generous to share their positive experience with us. I just checked on our all our emails and order list. However, we couldn’t find ANY QUERIES or ANY EXISTING ORDERS under your name. If possible, can you please provide us with your order number or reach out to us via email at [email protected] so we could assist you further? If in any way, our products are not what you expected them to be, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please do note that there are factors affecting the outcome of the image while using presets and that includes the use of light, the camera settings, and the type of camera you are using. Hi Christine, Alexa from Flourish Presets here. I hope you are doing well. Please take note that ALL downloadable files we send come with step-by-step instructions and video tutorials on how you can successfully install our presets, including which type of file to be downloaded for Mobile (DNG) and Desktop (LRT/XMP). Regarding your concern, for the DNG files, all similar images with the company logo contain the different preset settings. These are all numbered and need to be saved in your Lightroom app in order for you to apply the various presets onto your images.
