Flothemes: We are very happy with this company! The site can be built as we want it; but we can also take ready-made templates! Usage is simple; but of course it requires commitment and perseverance. Our site is medium in size. The assistance is punctual and always solves my requests. If something cannot be done, they have always suggested alternative ways. We are very satisfied with Flothemes! Furthermore, the possibility of asking for advice in Flo's facebook groups is fantastic. We highly recommend it.

So far I have not had a good experience. I really want to use their products but I am having no luck whatsoever with Customer Service. No answer on the phone. They finally responded on Facebook messenger and vaguely responded "Oh, sad to hear that. I'm afraid that we our hands tied up in this situation". They ignored all of my questions! I never ever do this but how frustrating is that response! I'm hoping someone can step up and offer help and good service so that I can change this review but this is currently where I am.
