We had a wonderful stay! House was great and location was perfect!

The condo was very accommodating for 10 people. It was very clean. The AC worked great. Ceiling fans in each room helped keep it cool. It was equipped with everything needed for in the kitchen. The updated couches and dining room table looks so much better than what is posted in the pics. The couches are much better than pullout sofas and are comfortable. The condo is conveniently located by 2 stairways and the oceanside view was perfect. You can see out to the ocean and down the beach even though it's not a direct oceanfront view. The resort itself had fun things to do daily for families (like bingo, movie night, beach bonfire, corn hole) so that was nice. Balcony is spacious also to enjoy a game of cards on the table, or eating, or just relaxing out. The complex wasn't loud or rowdy. Carol was very responsive and easy to book with. I would definitely consider renting from her again.

Great location for Disney parks. Villa was clean, with comfortable beds and the pool was maintained regularly. Would stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our family of 8. The location of the condo is great, no long walks to the beach and not overly crowded. We will be back!

This is a fantastic unit. The balcony is huge and the views are outstanding. The unit is very nicely decorated and very clean. Great storage space for a rental unit. The only this we did not like had more to do with the complex itself, you need a key to get through the gate to get on and off the beach as well as the pool. Sometimes a pain to remember and find if you are loaded down with beach gear. Complex should consider a code instead.

I am an owner that lists on Florida Rentals. I have worked with Peter Jones there for years and he takes great care of me & my listing. He's always there to help when needed. This listing pays for itself. It's a win-win for both owners and travelers as we both avoid the fees. I'm very happy with their services and highly recommend for both owners and travelers.

good, it was easy to communicate and nice overall

The owner was very accommodating and helpful. He checked in on our stay a couple of times to make sure everything was good and that we didn't need anything. The condo itself was very quiet and enjoyable. The location is amazing. I could not have asked for any better for our trip.
