Everything was great!

The owner is wonderful. I have just spent past three months there, with loud construction, scraping, sanding, cement chipping. If I spoke to Keith once,it was more than 10 times. But he remained responsive and honest on how to work with me to better the trip. The unit 206 is updated very nice, with not too much furniture and other stuff. Although we had many conversations, he listened to me almost once a week. So I am going back next January- March 2024, even after all the craziness going on at Sandcastles. I could say more but I think that’s enough, he always has your back. Linda

Our experience was great because of the responsiveness of the homeowner.

Fabulous property with great amenities! Very clean!

The condo is very well updated with all the amities. The two buildings are well maintained. The location is one of the best in Naples. (I have been going to Naples for over 30 years). Close to shops restaurants the beach and attractions. The development is in a good quiet neighborhood, and you can bike walk or jog without have to go on the main roads. The pool area has good shade and sun and is great for doing laps or just lounging around. Michele is a wonderful hostess/owner. She is very responsive and always answers her phone or gets right back to you. I highly recommend this property to anybody wanting to enjoy Naples and the surrounding area.

Quick responses to questions, very helpful. Will use this site again and again! Great management company, who found us an amazing pool home. Perfect location. Spectacular house.

We have stayed at Mid Mari for 7 seasons and look forward to it every year. It’s the perfect location, budget friendly, comfortable and well-equipped. The owner is very accessible and attentive to your needs. You are only a block from a nice beach with a crosswalk and public access.

Another Great Visit n the Books!!! Has used several times and always been very satisfied w the cleanliness and convenience surrounding condo. Will be back again!
