Great and easy communication for check in and throughout your stay. Incredible location and relaxation!

Great place to stay. Beautiful view, walk out on to beach, had everything we needed!

Great condo in an excellent area. Close to pool and fantastic beach. Area is well kept and the staff was professional.

Great way to relax in a quiet place right on the beach! We brought our dog and had a great time relaxing on the deck! The upper balcony off the master bedroom gave us great views of the sunsets. We will be back next year!

The condo is a gem, spotless with top of the line appliances and electronics. Jim gave us a fantastic welcome and he made himself available for any questions or comments. We spent a awesome vacation in his Heritage Bay Veranda condo.

Easy connection to the owners… beautiful property. It was like being on our own private island. We had a fantastic week fishing from the pier and swimming in the beachfront pool.

There courteous and helpful services made our family experience a great one indeed..
