We really love this property. We have traveled extensively and stayed in dozens of Airbnbs. This cozy condo has been superior in most every way. It is ideally located to investigate the highlights of Sarasota. The space is comfortably furnished, very clean, and equipped with everything needed for a long-term stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Communicating with the owners and securing the rental was easy even while the primary person was out of the country. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an ideal stay while visiting Sarasota.

Excellent villa wonderful host. From the very first enquiry about renting Yelena’s Magic Emerald Island villa she was fantastic, guiding me through the booking and rental period until we left. Yelena made sure we had an excellent time during our 2 weeks stay and we loved the villa. It was exactly as shown on the webpage. The villa was spotlessly clean, bright, airy and had everything you could need. It was like a home away from home for us. The beds were super comfortable and were just what we needed following a long day at the parks. The house was well equipped, had everything you would need It was great having the pool and hot tub to relax in after long days at the parks or shopping. The games room contained a pool table, football table game, a variety of board games and pool inflatable toys. There were ponchos, umbrellas and a double collapsible pram (very handy if traveling from overseas, one less piece of baggage to struggle with through airports. As with the booking Yelena was only a WhatsApp away who kept in touch on a couple of occasions with details of best time to visit the nearby Celebration market or when a space rocket was going to be launched which was very much appreciated. The villa is set in the wonderful gated Emerald Island resort with its onsite 24/7 security and is located really close to the Disney parks. I would highly recommend this villa and its owner Yelena to anyone travelling to Orlando for the theme parks and if we travel to Orlando again, it will certainly be our first call. Bill & Maureen

Nick was an exceptional host that really paid attention to detail, & had everything we needed to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The views from the condo are absolutely stunning, & we spent our days between the beach finding sand dollars & in the pool which was also very clean & well maintained. In the evening after being worn out from sand & sun, the bed was SO comfortable that we didn't want to leave, lol. Nick really takes care of his guests with making sure the kitchen & bathrooms are stocked with everything, including extra bath/beach towels, soap/shampoo, etc. Nick was also very responsive to any questions, & even let us check in early/check out late so that we could make the most of our time. It was definitely one of my favorite vacations, & I would highly recommend staying here & would do it again!! Thank you so much for everything Nick!!🥰

Salty Mermaid Vacation Rental in Anna Maria Island Even before arriving to Mia Bella, the communication with both Bella and David was incredible. They both go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have prior to even booking. The entire process was incredibly flawless. The house was perfect for us- meticulously clean, plenty of towels and linens and an array of kitchen supplies for any type of cooking (a bbq too). There are multiple rinse stations throughout the exterior of the property and an outdoor shower; we loved this amenity, it helps keep the sand out of the house and clean! The landscaping throughout the property is beautiful, take the time to go around and explore or watch the kayakers go by. You can launch your own kayaks directly from the house too! (If you need to rent kayaks, there are locations nearby- walking distance.) We were only a family of 5, so we mostly used the main house, but this property would be great for 2 families! There are 2 separate kitchens, 2 family rooms, each family could have their own space. This was the first time I could enjoy the pool with my family, the temperature was just perfect! (Usually they are way too cold for me.) The location of the house was fabulous, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, you are walking distance from both the Gulf and bay beaches (we got to watch the sun rise and set everyday), the pier, endless restaurants and stores. We rented a golf cart and explored the entire island- it was awesome! I can’t thank the Salty Mermaid enough for a wonderful, relaxing and perfect vacation at Anna Maria Island!

We would highly recommend this property or any of the other Florida Rentals. My father is disabled and the elevator made his stay very relaxing and manageable. The house is brand new and staff arr amazing at responding to any issues that may arise. It's a very short distance to the beach and the pool is amazing to jump into after a long day. We would highly recommend this rental and would book again!

We loved our stay here, it was fully stocked with all the kitchen and beach items needed. We liked the trundle bed in the sun room and it was very spacious for our family of 5 that stayed for almost a week. They only had one set of towel so we did have to do laundry several times, my only complaint.. we will be back!
