This owner has a condo for rent at Heritage Landing in Punta Gorda. I sent him a security deposit on April 21,2024 for a fall 2024 rental. 3 days later I suffered a medical emergency, phoning him 5 days later to regretfully cancel giving him 26 weeks notice. I signed a short term rental agreement however the security deposit was to be used for damages incurred or missing items. It was not to be kept as holdback on cancellation. He will not return my security deposit. He does not answer phone calls or emails. Will not even respond or acknowledge my lawyer. He is a retired police lieutenant who thinks he is above the law. On his rental site, FloridaRentals.com, he states, he believes in treating people the way he'd like to be treated. SO NOT TRUE! He is a liar and a cheat. Do not rent from him!

The month of January was a perfect time to come and relax by the pool. The condo was clean and neat and the perfect size. The communication with Pranav was answered quickly and he was very responsive. The condo was also very quiet and we enjoyed every part of Heritage Landings.

Pineapple properties and Meredith the manager are taking great care in maintaining their property, as well as keeping it very clean and comfortable. The pool, the hot tub, and the house met our needs completely. This property fits multiple couples or a family very well. It is a mile from the beach and in walking distance to the grocery and convenient with other places of interest. It is only an hour from Key West.

Dealing with this company on this rental property was amazing. They are very organized and on top of things. We were never in need or want. Plus, they send out emails at the proper times with any questions you may have already had answered. We've had a great experience with this rental company and I would definitely go back to the property we were at and want to check out more of them.

Website easy to use. Florida Rentals lists the property and describes the property thoroughly so that the consumer can make an educated decision on where they would like to rent for their vacation. Plus, Florida Rentals is a known company so I felt confident renting through them.
