FloridaRentalsReviews of floridarentals.com

Florida rentals is a trusted platform to find wonderful properties to rent from owners. The communication via emails outside of the platform can get a little wonky in matching emails to the property but besides that everyone is typically very responsive and I trust using Florida rentals.

This house delivers. Each year we bring someone newand they are blown away by the included amenities and view. Can't wait to return next year

Wonderful accomodations! We appreciated the tram, closeness to the beach, the lagoon pool, and the "extras" that came with the house!

We spent July and August in this one-bedroom, one-bath apartment at The Landings in Dunnellon and it was exactly the relaxing Florida retreat we needed. The balcony view is the highlight. You look out over a quiet spot on the Withlacoochee framed by tall palms, Spanish-moss-draped trees, and thick greenery. Mornings with coffee and evenings just sitting out there watching the light change were some of the best parts of the stay. It feels tucked away in nature even though you’re right in the community. The pool area is equally nice. The kidney-shaped pool stays inviting, the spa is a great add-on after a hot day, and there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Everything was clean and well-kept the whole time we were there. Inside, the apartment worked really well for a longer stay. The bedroom has an impressive amount of built-in storage, the bed was comfortable, and having laundry right there was incredibly convenient. The space felt practical without being cramped. A real bonus was the kayak storage and the easy launch spot right into the Withlacoochee River. Rainbow River is also just nearby, so we had two beautiful rivers to paddle whenever we wanted. Overall it was quiet, comfortable, and surrounded by that classic Florida landscape. We’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend if you want a peaceful, tropical-feeling spot in Dunnellon.

Everyone in the community was very friendly & helpful & everything u wanted to see or do is here. The best of both worlds everyday was a new adventure & fun things to do

This is a fantastic place to rent! It is clean, pretty, and definitely one of our favorites! The location is perfect…just steps from beach. We love cooking out on the back deck and watching the sunset! Marty is always just a text away and never seems bothered when he answers. We love having our dogs on vacation with us. We will definitely be back!

Stayed at Fisherman’s Cove on Turtle Beach. Wonderful.

It was a great experience working with this company. They were very cordial.
