The lady who helped me over the phone was very helpful and kind. The item I was looking to buy was marked out of stock online in the size I needed. To my surprise, the lady who was assisting me informed me they actually had what I wanted. She quickly took my order and payment and even honored the discount for my first purchase. Clothing arrived quicker than projected and is exactly what I wanted!! Very pleased and Wonderful customer service

Quality of product is always great! The only disappointment is the leggings on sets are short (length)

We ordered it for my son’s School Picture Day but unfortunately it took too long to arrive that we weren’t able to wear it!

Dear JB- we are so sorry to hear the outfit did not make it to you on time. After looking at the tracking, please know it left our warehouse in a very timely manner, but seemed to get delayed once it left our state. We have been offering free shipping for months now, with the option to pay if faster delivery is needed. Our First Class shipping (7-10 days) remains free for customers, as well as a $10.00 charge for Priority shipping (3-5 days), and a $35.00 charge for Express shipping (1-2 days). We are sorry this outfit did not work out for you, but we hope you will try shopping with us in the future. Sincerely, The Florence Eiseman team

The clothes are adorable and very good quality. I was afraid of buying online because we used to buy the dresses at a boutique in FL and I could check on the size on site. Since we can’t go now, I gave buying online a try for my daughter’s birthday. Every item was the perfect size! I will definitely buy online again!
