I received the code for the 10% discount after the order was placed. It also stipulates that the code is for first time orders only. How do I get the $9.60 credit? Karen Badellino

the site was easy to use. Can't rate the products yet as I have not received them.

This a wonderful company. I ordered the wrong size and emailed them and they stopped the order and credited back my account. I went back on the web site and ordered new items in the correct size.

Your associate Liza Krejci was so helpful and a very pleasant and professional individual. She went out of her way and made a special effort to fulfill the item I needed. She made me want to shop with Florence Eiseman again and again. I wish all of my online shopping experience could be this satisfying.

My children wore clothing by Florence Eiseman as youngsters so I knew the quality of these items would be just as wonderful.
