My experience was positive the entire process. My sales/design professional Crystal was wonderful! I choose flooring that Florcraft - Carpet One didn’t carry but that didn’t faze her at all. She was able to order it anyway. She picked an installer that she thought I would do well with and she was right! The installers, Tim and Karri were a couple who were very friendly and kind. They were very considerate of my home. They did what they could to keep the dust “fall out” as minimal as they could. At the end of each day they would arrange a seating area in the living room for us to relax in. They did a fantastic install! Royce, the carpet installer for the stairs did a great job also. I would highly recommend Florcraft - Carpet One.

Jamie is great... no pressure, knows flooring. a year after installation, he still honored the products he sold us. Carpet was stretched and wrinkles removed. Would recommend Jamie and Floor craft to anybody interested in flooring.. Thanks, jeff and carol

Jeff, Thank you for the feedback. Jamie, really is a good guy! I am glad to hear that he jumped to the task of making sure that your warranty was covered and that the team was able to get your carpet stretched getting you and you and Carol back into the business of living your life and not worrying about a wrinkled carpet. Remember that is a lifetime warranty on your install, so don't hesitate to call should something else pop up! Thanks for your time and your business Jeff! Evan
