Jamie provided excellent customer service and went out of his way to assist me in choosing flooring products, explaining warranties and installation process. I also received calls from their office during the process just checking to see if I was satisfied with the project. When I looked for flooring at other stores, they just pointed at what they had for sale. I will use Florcraft in the future and recommend them (and Jamie) to my friends. Jamie took a personal interest in our project. We got new flooring throughout the house (carpet and hardwood) and new kitchen cabinets. The design of the kitchen is excellent- Jamie had many great ideas to make it look good and be more functional. We are very happy with the wood floors and carpet.
