I absolutely love my new floor! Wayne was excellent to work with and made me feel like he truly cared about my business. Tim, who actually installed the floor, is a true artist--works incredibly fast yet still paying attention to the smallest details. Definitely would recommend Florcraft Carpet.

Very attentive to customer needs. Made an effort to clarify expectations before and during the installation process, which I found particularly useful. Offered some useful recommendations without coming across like a sales pitch.

I had a great experience with Florcraft. Not only did I receive help in picking out the tile I wanted, I also received design assistance - something that I didn't get with other dealers. The installers were great; they did an expert job of installing while being respectful of my living space. I would recommend Florcraft to anyone who is remodeling their home.
