Ordered, on this site, flowers, they promise that they will bring flowers on the same day, I write to the manager write to their email, no one responds, terrible site, terrible treatment of the client, do not know where the flowers do not recommend to anyone

Total scam. They are a marketing site with marketing agreements at many locations. They have no control over delivery and they don't even know the status. Your bouquet will not be delivered on time, they will keep saying they (or their local partners) cannot get a hold of the recipient, so they postpone the delivery to the next day. The customer support would only reply hours later and of course they don't know the status, they just do sales for a commission.

SCAM COMPANY I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my partner thinking they would arrive in time for Valentine’s Day but it was all a lie. First of all a red flag is how stupidly expensive all the flowers are. When you place an order you don’t get any tracking Number. The order number you get is pointless as you can’t use it anywhere. You want customer support? There’s nothing! You need to email them to which you only receive 1-2 sentences back with vague answers. Oh and I had to pay an extra fee for delivery. I thought it came included with the amount I already paid. AVOID this company at all costs. It’s a scam and they take your card details to set up recurring payments. All these positive reviews are fake.

I was informed by email that they were still awaiting payment so ordered again a few minutes later. I received the same order number then found out two days later that they had taken the money out of my account twice. On line chat said money would be refunded in 10 days. Nothing received for 3 weeks. No response to any of my emails either. Their phone line is not working today and no responses have been received from my use of their prescribed online form for quick responses. If they had not behaved like this I would have given a positive review as the flowers were actually very good. But then that’s the actual florist

This company is a TOTAL RUSSIAN SCAM. They robbed me of my money in early February. Read the fake af reviews! It's almost funny how fake their reviews are. If you want to make a donation to a bunch of criminals, order your flowers from here. Losers.

FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!! They take your money and they won’t deliver your order at all! Make sure to BLOCK your credit card asap! All the positive reviews are false be careful!!!!!!!!

I paid for my order, but it was never delivered. When I contacted customer service, they only responded when I inquired about new orders. The moment I mentioned my existing order, they stopped replying altogether. This lack of accountability and poor customer support is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service.

The order was accepted on January, 21rst, payment was made, delivery date was January 26th, there was no delivery. The onlinline chat Service told me that floral- expert does not deliver to Haarlem,Netherlands despite The fact that they are advertising this on their webpage. The Bouquet was supposed to be an extra surprise for my daughters birthday. I tried to contact via email ,phone, live Chat and I am not getting any whatsoever appropriate reaction
