I have payed 90 euros for a bouquet and 8 euros for a delivery in Athens Greece. This was the stated price in the selection menu online, that I was informed before payment and agreed upon. 15 min after completing payment I have received an email requesting more 15 euros, because it is in the city area, where extra delivery price apply. Wait, WHAT?! So in total my price now is 113 euros! I have payed 23 euros on top of the advertised bouquet price FOR A DELIVERY! Never ever again. It was not worth it, it made me feel terrible. I still believe I was scammed. I definitely am going to consult with the consumer rights. I am sure they have scammed me.

MUST BE A SCAM COMPANY - do not waste time nor money here. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to celebrate my wife's birthday. All good.... except from the most important part. The bouquet was not delivered and the company does not respond neither on any of my mails nor telephone calls.

Don’t waste your time or money with this company if trying to send flowers abroad. Terrible communication. Did not deliver and was only told when I checked up on my order that they could not deliver as was not in the correct city. Received a very rude reply back on live chat telling me how many kilometres my own mother’s address was out of their vicinity. Really let me down. Do not use!

Paid for flowers that were never delivered. Even after two reminders, no solution, no refund — just excuses . I provided them with all the proof of my order and payment. When I asked for a refund, they kept stalling and tried to brush me off. Very unprofessional. Avoid this shop so you don’t lose your money.

Flowers have not been delivered. Should have been delivered two days ago. I have emailed, tried to chat online, called the number on the website and it is out of use. No communication back to me whatsoever. No information on the website as to company information or anything else. THIS SITE IS A SCAM.

Сделал заказ цветов, обещали в день заказа,прошло три дня, ничего не ответа,ничего, деньги списаны, требую возврат, но понимаю что сайт фейк и ничего не вернут, буду обращаться в банк своей платежной карты.не заказывайте у них ничего и никогда!!!!
