I think this company is a scam. The bouquet I ordered never arrived and I have been charged twice for it. I also have not had any response to my emails.

Ordered same day delivery. When I called to check the status, I was told it was too late & it would be delivered tomorrow. As I was still complaining the receptionist hung up. I have asked for a refund by email no response! Stay away from this company!

Finger weg! Das ist scam. The absolute bum shop. Big-mouthed promises to deliver anywhere in 24 hours, but if they don't get it right, the losers disappear and don't react. The chat is fake, the email addresses too. Hands off! This is a scam.

Avoid!!!! They took my money and then told me that my order was refunded as the destination was 60KM away from the city I had specified. This is completely untrue. I only found out that it was not going to be delivered when I went on their live chat. They said 'We never said we could deliver to [my town].'

Late for delivery. delivered one day later without any email or phone call. And also the colour of flower was totally different to the picture. They mentioned that there will be some changes. but was totally different and there was no meaning to order this flower anymore

I ordered flowers and chocolate for my good friend in Pattaya but I know I was late at ordering, so I knew it would not be delivered on the same day. But they didn't even deliver my order the next day, even when they said they they would deliver asap. Now, on the third day, I asked them when they will deliver my order, they replied that I will be notified through email when it will be delivered. Then I told them they said it would be delivered asap yesterday but nothing happened. And they only reply with "we will check. And I have not heard anything. I wrote to them and said that there is a girl out there waiting for those flowers and chocolate, that is not fair to her. But no reply. I have had contact with floral-expert through email and Facebook messenger. This is a scam company!!
