They are CHEATERS - don't use them if you really value your money. First of all, they don't send the flowers they have on their website. Even though there is a disclaimer that the real bouquet may be different then in the pictures, they put much less flowers than the ones in the description of the bouqet. In addition to that, they post something like Ferrero chocolate box and they deliver something much cheaper than what you order. My complain to them remained unanswered. DO NOT USE THEM if you really care about the person whom you want to send the bouquet.

Total scam, should have checked the reviews before. The only reason why I chose this company is because they promise same day delivery. Paid for everything, they confirmed my order and then after taking the money out of my account they called me and said they can’t deliver it today so it will have to be tomorrow. I asked for a refund and a not so nice lady obviously refused. Do yourself a favour; don’t ! Update: I have never received the flowers!!!! And obviously customer service is not answering my emails or the live chat ! 62 euros in the trash. Update: weeks later, customer service is of course not answering. No reimbursement nothing, what a waste of money.

It’s a scam . We paid for a same day delivery and then when out payment went through we received a call from an employee saying that we couldn’t receive the flowers the same day. The lady on the phone was not professional . When we asked to have our money back because the only reason why we chose them is because they offer a same day delivery then denied our request ….. overall bad experience so far and we didn’t get the flowers yet so let’s see if the bouquet meet at least our expectations !

Its a scam. Ordered a flowers bouquet, payment went through. I never received a confirmation or anything. Called, a Romanian girl answered and said she will send a confirmation email. That never happened of course and flowers were not received

This company is bizarre to deal with. Communication inconsistent and difficult to access. What was to be delivered changed multiple times. Figured it was a scam seeing other reviews - but eventually something did show up. Would not recommend

I would never recommend that anyone uses this company, I ordered flowers for my friend when her mom died 2 weeks ago and chose a beautiful bouquet that was slightly more expensive, it was delivered the next day and what was delivered was trash! It wasn't the bouquet I chose. When I called and explained, a woman hung up... Emailed one and she said they didn't have pink so they put white and it's the same number of Flowers. I didn't care about numbers! I wanted a particular bouquet! They didn't rectify the issue in any way.. no refund, no replacement.

It is a scam site

Paid for flowers to be delivered to my wife. They claimed the flowers were delivered but having checked with my wife they never were. Would never touch the company again. Will try and get a refund but the customer service is so bad it takes a full day just to get a hold of a chat bot.
