I bought a birthday floreal gift on November 23rd to be delivered on the same day. It is not yet been delivered after 2 weeks and no one is replying from support, nor via mail or telephone. I was able to chat with a person who asked for few minutes to check the file and definitively disappeared.

Unreliable. The site gave date and time slot options. I chose an option when I knew the recipient would be home from work. I did not receive the promised delivery confirmation so the following day I chased up. Elvira from their customer services said the recipient was not replying! Well of course not - it was a day later and she was back at work. They had not attempted to deliver on the agreed date, they don’t reply to follow up queries and eventually 2 days later I have an email saying flowers were just delivered. I don’t at this point know if that’s true as recipient is at work!

The worst ever, its a scam

I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday from a local website (cvetekspres.rs, but was charged by Floral Expert), which promises same-day delivery. I wanted to check if the company received my order and if they'll deliver the flowers as promised since timing was important to me--both the phone number and the email address were shown as invalid every time. I was sure that I was scammed and ready to dispute the charge with my bank, but lo and behold--the flowers were delivered the following day. Not only that but also my friend informed me that the delivery person insisted on taking her picture even though she said no multiple times. Said person also claimed that they were required to take her picture by the company that forwarded my order (Floral Expert). The flower shop also claimed that they received the order the day after I sent it. Naturally, nobody has responded to any of my emails yet. I suggest staying away from this scammy company and ordering from a flower shop directly (it'll probably also be cheaper).

This is a complete scam! They never deliver and charge extra for something that doesn't need to be delivered!

SCAM! AVOID! Ordered flowers for next day delivery before 2pm. At 1pm on delivery day, I reached out for the order status and got an e-mail response saying "The address of the delivery is not in Madid . And extra delivery fee of 15 € is required to deliver your order". Obviously I said no (because why would I pay more money for them to deliver to a Madrid outside of Madrid...when I want the flowers delivered to Madrd). So I re-sent the correct address in Madrid, along with a Google Maps hyperlink, asking either for the flowers to be delivered before 2pm as agreed, or for a full refund. I have recieved no flowers, no refund and no response to my e-mails. I e-mailed twice more to request the refund - And can now conclude that this is 100% a scam.

I really regret not reading former reviews before paying 100 euros for a bouquet I was ashamed that was delivered at all. Add to that the complete non responsive chat and email service. So sorry I used this site. Hope someone will be wiser than me and read this and avoid the same mistake.
