This company is a Scam, they have poor service, do not deliver on time, the flowers are not fresh and the note was not attached. I will NEVER use them again

I placed and order a week ago, paid for it but no delivery so far, poor communication.

As far as I can understand this company is a total scam. Tried to order some flowers to be delivered in Berlin, but my bank blocked the transaction. After calling the bank discussing the the reason for that it became pretty obvious that the reason is low trustworthiness of the company (enough credits, nowhere near the purchase limit, no blocking of online purchases on my part). Later in the day got a call from the russian number asking me if I had any transaction problems. Upon saying that my bank blocked the transaction as your company is blacklisted by the bank I got promptly hung up on. What else to say? Could be an obvious scam or some Russia based company that is blocked by all banks.

Flowers not delivered,scammers avoid them

Flowers not delivered. Not responding when I try to text them on their site. Chat support not working.

Should have checked the reviews first. Complete scam. Ordered flowers that were never delivered. When I emailed customer service they just wasted two days and never gave a refund. Will be reporting this fake “business”

Scam! Money was never refunded, even though they say "we will check...", "it takes between 3-10 days" Save yourself time and do not order from them.

Total scam, should have checked the reviews before. The only reason why I chose this company is because they promise same day delivery. Paid for everything, they confirmed my order and then after taking the money out of my account they called me and said they can’t deliver it today so it will have to be tomorrow. I asked for a refund and a not so nice lady obviously refused. Do yourself a favour; don’t ! Update: I have never received the flowers!!!! And obviously customer service is not answering my emails or the live chat ! 62 euros in the trash. Update: weeks later, customer service is of course not answering. No reimbursement nothing, what a waste of money.
