floral-expert.comReviews of floral-expert.com

Paid for flowers. Never arrived. Sent emails. No reply. Very disappointing and upsetting because it was for mother's day! Please don't use it!

This company is a scam...any ideas on how to close it down?

It’s a SCAM. Do not use it!

We ordered flowers from Floral expert Madrid we paid €60 euros on a debit card. No flowers were delivered they do not answer the phone or chat line. We are reporting this to our Bank. We are unsure if this is a bona fide business or not?

SCAM. DO NOT USE. Took our money and didn’t deliver any flowers. Didn’t answer the phone or reply to emails.

Life lesson - Read the reviews first!! Total scam, order was not delivered. Tried calling the number and spoke to a female but was then theft on hold with no further response. Further Telephone calls were not answered. Webchat doesn’t respond and no reply to emails. DO NOT USE

COMPLETE SCAM. I placed my order and did not recieve any kind of receipt or confirmation number. They took my money, did not deliver the flowers, and are not responding to any calls or emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
