Good not delivered, but money taken. This site is a scam. Also bad customer service, no reply on mails or in chat. Chat only replies if you want to order , then quick replies, but if you inquire about your order that is not delivered the only reply you get is let me check and then silence.

Pure scam, no flowers delivered. I have ordered flowers to my friend and they never came. No email, no payment confirmation, nothing. Support chat is totally useless. Never use them!!

Order not delivered and no reply

They didnt make the delivery of my flowers Nobody answer on the chat and they dont make me a refund

Hi, I placed an order for flowers to send to my wife as a nice thing! What an embarrassment really! The flowers are dirty, sick, dusty, full of small bugs and I paid 200 euros just to through them in garbage. I look like an idiot in front of my wife when I tried to do something nice. Seriously you should not be in this business! What were you thinking sending these flowers! I was shocked to say the least with the quality. For God’s sake flowers are a beautiful thing and what you sent is not short of anything but ugly surprise. I will never ever shop with you again and I will never ever recommend you to anyone! What a mess! Instead of doing something nice for my wife she is now standing in the kitchen trying to clean all the small bugs running left and right! Seriously if you don’t know how to deal with flowers you are better off closing your business!! What a shame !

I ordered flowers for a friend to be delivered 30 May. They never arrived and any attempts to communicate with the company didn’t succeed. I have emailed and used the online chat asking for a refund but there’s no acknowledgment. Do not use them!

We made an order on the 20th of April and paid 60€ for it. It never arrived and the company is not giving us any answers. I have tried to email their customer experience team and they only say "we are checking the status of your order". It has been more than a month. The status of my order is: Never arrived.

I recently placed an order with Floral Expert, requesting a Sunday delivery. However, the flowers were delivered on Saturday without my approval. To make matters worse, the flowers were not handed to the intended recipient but were carelessly left on a window ledge. They remained there for an extended period, as no one was expecting them, and were in poor condition when finally discovered. This mishandling led to confusion and disappointment, ruining what was meant to be a special moment. To add to the frustration, when I tried to reach out to customer support, they were unresponsive and unwilling to address my concerns. This has been the worst service experience I've ever encountered.
