Terrible. Avoid them PLEASE!! I ordered a really pricey bouquet of flowers and they NEVER arrived. After ordering I couldn’t access their website and their email address & phone number are unavailable. Just a scam.

This company is a complete scam. They took my money, never delivered the flowers, and failed to respond to any of my attempts to reach out. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered flowers while on holiday in Rhodes for a receptionist at our hotel who took wonderful care of us. Ordered at 7am for delivery between 9 and 2pm the same day . Two days later still not delivered!! Emails ignored and chat room not responded to. I have had to request my bank to recall my money. DISGRACEFUL and DISGUSTING company. Avoid at all costs

No replies, couldn't cancel, Two days late. Flowers bad condition. I thought it was a scam but it turned out to be half a scam. They do not do what they say they do. Worst money I ever spent (wasted)

Flowers ordered on 27th September for delivery on 28th September 2024 in Holland. Flowers never delivered and online chat does not work. Emails not responded to, and the telephone number is out of service. (+44 2035147543) This is a total scam company, and as a result I warn against using them under any circumstances. The flowers were for a friend of ours recently diagnosed with cancer. How can people take money under these sad circumstances. They give an order number, and send a payment receipt, but do not deliver the goods.

I ordered a same day delivery to Milano, Italy on the 26th of September. The flowers were never delivered. I’ve tried to contact them through the on line chat, did not work and to call them but the number was out of service. I emailed them, and they reply today saying the flowers were delivered and left on the door. Which is not true. They ignored my request of refund. The recipient never got the flowers

Ordered a bouquet over a week ago paid €10 extra for delivery making it a very expensive bouquet and it never was delivered to the recipient and on top of that, no response to my emails. Very disappointing and almost €100 down with no result...disgraceful in this day and age.

Paid for flowers to be delivered. The flowers were never delivered and have had zero responses to my inquiries. Scam.
