This company shouldn't get ANY stars. Total scam and I don't know how they haven't been taken down by the Better Business Bureau. Ordered flowers, charged card, no confirmation number, nothing. Took my money and I'm now disputing the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to order flowers!!!!

no flowers delivered on Valentine's day, refuse to answer my emails, live chat has been suspended and the phone number is not connected, last time they get my business. very poor

This company is definitely a scam...Do not waste your time in ordering because your order will never arrive. They will not respond to your email. Very poor and they should be shut down and closed

Please don’t use this company. I ordered fresh tulips for my mom’s birthday. They delivered complete frozen flowers. When I informed them of problem with the order and asked to make another delivery, they play “stupid” - act as there no problem and delivery had been made, no reason to complain. Please be aware this company is a scam.

This company is a scam. this website needs to be taken down now. they cancelled my order for my wife supposed to be this valentines day. they did not even refund my money. somebody has to pay for this.

This company is a scam!! I ordered Valentines Day flowers for my daughter in the Philippines. I was told they would be delivered by Valentines Day!! Still have not been delivered! They don't answer emails and live chat is a joke!! I am going to call a lawyer to sue this company for fraud!

SCAM website, this site took my money and no flower was delivered to the recipient.

This site is a scam. I had the same experience as many others - took my order, charged my card but didn't deliver and I can't contact them in any way. Should have read these reviews before I ordered :-(
