Please understand the bouquets delivered were filled to full value and as per description to ensure the recipient loves them. It’s not always possible to prepare the arrangement exactly like the pictures displayed on the website. Images on website are for representational purpose only, though our outlet tries to make an arrangement very similar to what is shown on the website. Over here they have delivered the order as per specification and of good quality.

Hi Elizabeth. We see that your order 1699099 was placed for delivery country as Japan, however the address you gave was for Kansas city USA and not Japan, cause of which we had to cancel your order. Even the contact number you gave was for USA and not a Japanese local number. We did email you that the order was cancelled & stating the reason for cancellation. Would request you to check your email spam as sometimes our messages may be victims of aggressive filters. Please unspam them. We also see that you placed another order 1699109 for Yokosuka city Japan, which had a correct Japanese address, we did deliver that order as requested by you.
