Flora2000Reviews of flora2000.com

The flowers they delivered is definitely not the flowers I ordered from you, you send my wife some cheap looking flowers, I can’t believe I paid £47 for some flowers and you send some cheap looking flowers with a teddy bear If I wanted a teddy I would of choose a teddy bear with my order but I wanted chocolates and I chose this one I ordered the mixed collection bouquet of pink gerberra daisies, roses, carnations and chrysanthemums, with complimentary box of chocolates You sent me some cheap local flowers such as daisies and sun flowers not very happy with your service and would definitely not use your service ever again

So far all I can give is one star. I ordered a poinsettia plant to be delivered to a cemetery family tomb in Italy (my father passed away 1 year ago). This was to have been delivered on December 14th. I have not received any form of confirmation. I have written 2 emails with no reply. I have provided them with all forms of contact for both myself and the cemetery office. Deliveries to cemeteries is a service they offer. I’m extremely upset and feel I have been scammed! Unfortunately, when an online company conducts business this way, all the consumer can do is feel scammed. There is no telephone number to call. My order was over $100 Canadian. Shameful :-((

Very disappointed. The flowers for my mom did not deliver the day requested. I ordered Crimson Cheer but what my mother in Sweden received was embarrassing. They looked like they picked some grass straws in the woods together with some pine twigs and 3 old roses. I wanted to surprise my mom with some nice flowers and these ugly depressing flowers was delivered, Shame on you.

The flowers were delivered 5 days late and claims that we were not in to receive them were also because I was working from home and my daughter was home, because it is school holidays, therefore either the florist in Geneva or their delivery agent was not honest in reporting the failed delivery. The quality of the flowers is very poor for USD122. These looked cheaper than those on sale in my local petrol station. The delivery cost was chf18 (about USD20). My wife received aggressive phone calls from the florist in Geneva. Overall, this was a terrible customer experience for our family and distressing to all involved.

Not only will you not get flowers because this is a fake company.....be ready to fight thousands of dollars worth of fraudulent credit card charges. This site is set up to only steal your credit card information.

Ordered a cake to be sent to recipient in another country. Bank account debited. Company emailed ‘We don’t know if you’re genuine, so have to speak to you’. After getting past that stage (even though bank accepted transaction without query), company sent email stating cake would be delivered. Second email came later saying cake would not be delivered due to location of recipient. Refund supposedly triggered (waits in anticipation). Real-time chat didn’t work and initial emails took hours to get response. This is not how to operate an international company’s customer service.

On August 5, 2021, I paid on the website for the delivery of a bouquet to Spain at a cost of almost $ 100 for August 6, 2021. I received a confirmation by e-mail that the order was accepted for processing, the money was debited from the card. On 6 August 2021, my friend did not receive anything, I wrote several letters to the e-mail, an automatic reply comes that everything is fine, your order is being processed. But until now, neither the completed order, nor the present confirmation of the receipt of my order in person! I recommend avoiding the flora2000.com service. Obviously these are scammers! Yes, I got my money back yesterday, on August 8! But the surprise, I wanted to make my friend, is ruined! Thank you for your return!

Do not order from this company. You receive emails from a Richard Fullham that you cannot reply to. When you try replying it comes up with email cannot be sent message. I made 1 payment for 3 seperate items they offered on their website and I received 2 emails saying 2 items were delivered. 1 of the items was with a neighbour and the other item was never found. The 3rd item I purchased I received an email saying they didn't have the items in stock and I would get a refund. I am still waiting for this refund.
