We see that order# 1604711 you mentioned was delivered on time, however your order# 1605091 scheduled to be delivered on 16th August has missed the delivery date. Our outlet replied that 16th August was a National Holiday in Japan and so the delivery was on hold. We understand how important this order is for you and have immediately issued you a full refund for this. This incident should, of course, not happen and is not our standard. We are terribly sorry for this. I hope you are satisfied with the refund and will give us another chance to reinstate your faith in our floral services.
