Me too is a victim of flora2000. No delivery at all. they spoiled my valentines surprise for my wife, stay away from flora2000 and its mastermind - Richard Fullham. Chat support takes around 30 mins to respond. no email response. When I call the phone nobody answers. Answers in chat support are obviously scripted and no assurance at all, as they keep telling me we will email you once delivery has been completed. I ordered it Feb 13 and next day delivery as they promised, today is Feb 15 in the Philippines and valentines is over still no signs, chat support is unavailable till Feb 28 as the message says. I couldn't even find the link to file the refund except the email that no response yet. Richard Fullham, I know you're reading this and I'm expecting your response to be the same on how you respond to your other complainants, that is "we will make sure it will not happen again" Google around guys, this flora2000(Richard Fullham) has a lot of complaints. My mistake to trust them before googling it and too late for me to realize that there was no contact numbers in their Philippine counterpart even if I google it. Some positive reviews appear to be fake if you try to verify it. My order# is 1324202 (12 pink roses)

Placed on order on Feb 11,2013 in USA for a delivery on Feb 13,2014 in Australia. The flowers were not delivered on Feb 13 and tried to call them but none of the numbers work. The live chat doesn't work either . So sent an email but got a totally absurd response stating that the order will shortly be on its way . This was on Feb 14th m already a day late. The product was never delivered and my queries are yet to be answered . I am beginning to wonder if this whole site is bogus, needless to say if i don't hear back soon, i am calling my credit card company and refuting the charge . Do yourself a favor, if you want to ship to international locations, try goggling the local florist and contacting them via phone to place your order . Flora2000 just spoils your special day !!!!

Flower deliveries are very late. They will verify the delivery but actually it's not! I ordered and requested to be delivered on 14 Feb but it's already 15 Feb (8:30PM) and the flowers did not arrived yet. Just ruined our valentine's day with my gf. Please, don't order on this site!

I wouldnt order from this site again this is bull shit, ive been trying to call the number that listed for the usa but its unavailable!!! I received an email that one of the representative is gonna get a hold of me. hours later still didnt get any respond! Order number #1312638. Where is my order!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first time i used them a few years ago, they were good, but now they have become really bad. Last valentines day my wife received flowers, but the name on the card was wrong, but it was my message. Before this I ordered flowers for my friends graduation, the roses showed up already 80% dead. Last experience was over a stupid telephone number. I never had a number to give them and they insisted their country contact couldn't deliver without the number and that the destination was a long way from the town. Bullshit, the address is in the city center and I live here, so I knew they bullshit me. After they agreed to dispatch the flowers after a dozen emails back and forth, often dealing with a different person each time and getting the same emails, they agreed to deliver. Until now they have not been delivered and suddenly no one is home. My advise, stay away from this organisation, as they are no longer worth it, they don't deliver what they show and the quality of their business is very very poor.

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday to be delivered in Finland. When I realised that by 4 PM local time the flowers were not delivered, I sent a message to Flora2000, so they could fix the problem during the day. Nothing happened, the flowers were not delivered and I felt like an idiot. I wrote another message to FLORA2000 asking to refund the order and not make any deliveries at any later dates, as a birthday present shall arrive on a specific date. They made the delivery though next day, and my mom sent me the picture of the "bouquet". Without saying that it had nothing in common with a pretty 120 US dollar bouquet at the internet site, it was a tiny awful arrangement of some six-seven flowers, that could be bought in any supermarket in FInland for some 10-15 Euros at max. I keep receiving the messages that they will talk to their local supplier, as if I care and they have not spoilt everything already, provided that they have never called the number provided for delivery and all the day there were at least four people at home. So - no normal customer feedback, they do not track their suppliers and the quality is horrible. I was very ashamed that such a horrible set of flowers was delivered to my mother later than it should have been on my behalf and I was not even informed of any trouble, so I could make any alterations and buy flowers somewhere else. Will never shop again, which is a shame as it was a reliable supplier for international deliveries a couple of years ago. Not anymore. Definitely.

I ordered a gift basket to be delivered to the mother of my girlfriend who was recovering from a surgery. I was told it would be guaranteed to go out the next day, instead I receive an email saying the product I would like delivered was all out and that an alternate package would be sent. Up to their, it was okay, but then they say it'll go out the next day, again. No news on what the delivery status is, I go on the 24/7 chat service to ask, they say they don't know since they can't contact the outlet who handles the delivery for that area. I've been going back and forth, guarantees are not guarantees when they say it is. Would never recommend this to anyone. Extremely unsatisfactory customer service.
