Don't buy from this people if you don't want your flower to be old and close to dying when it arrived. They will deliver your flowers late. When I bought my mom some flowers for her birthday they were dying when she got them. After reading the other reviews, I believe this company is a rip off. I'll definitely ask for a refund back to my credit card after writing this review. I will not take any store credit if they ask! If not, I'll probably have to dispute the charge. If I can only post pictures on here I would. The roses and flowers was literally have one day to live. FYI, learn from my mistake and don't buy flowers from this company if you dont want a half dead flowers. Take your money and business somewhere else.

Didn't arrive on time, and I spent $109 on this. If the order doesn't show today I'm posting this review so others know not to trust your service. Your 1-800 number is offline until the 26th of February? Doesn't seem very ideal for a valentines day rush, does it? Worst part is I can't even speak to a live person to get this rectified and the order number is basically useless anywhere else but the site. Refunds are not in cash, they give you store credit because what's better than getting your money back from a thief? The thief gives you store credit so he can steal from you again.

I use this site to deliver flowers to Philippines but recent service was very disappointing. I send several mails to customer service for instructions but no feedback from them. Plus they use the flower delivery service in Philippines that is having bad reputation and unreliable service. I regret using this site and will not recommend to anyone. Their online chat service is also not working so any customer with issues are helpless.

They take the money, never deliver the product, their phones and live chat don’t work AT ALL. There is no way to contact them. I had to call my bank to try to get my money back and they cancelled my credit card and will take a few days to look into what happened. Until then I am out of 54 british pounds (they were supposed to take £21), no flowers and no answer for my emails. WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM. 100% FRAUDULENT.

Don't order here they are nothing but a scam. Everything is late on delivery and Everything they say on their website is garbage.

Order 1528860.. I ordered and paid for a birthday flower delivery in FLORIDA USA. 4-days in advance of the birthday date. 08/25/2017. I received an Email from Richard Fulham stating that "order is on it's way shortly" The flowers did not arrive as promised. I questioned them by Email twice . No reply to either Email. So much for there blurbs "NOTHING IS WORSE THAN A GIFT ARRIVING LATE" AND "AVOID DISSAPOINTMENT, TRUST FLORA2000" "100% GUARANTEE ON TIME" AND "BECAUSE YOU JUST CANNOT AFFORD TO BE LATE". NO replies. I searched through my Emails and finally found two Emails in my " junk mail" . I asked myself if 'OUTLOOK' was used to scams from this company and orientated their Emails to "JUNK". Stranger than strange, these Emails asked me to "for security reasons to call their 1-800 number" This was not possible as I was ordering from England and 1-800 numbers in the USA cannot be dialed from the UK. I explained this to them in a further email. No reply! I questioned their incompetence. On 09/01/2017 I received an Email stating that FLORA2000 that "FLORIDA was outside of their delivery area". Total farce!! Even laughable ...as FLORA2000 claim to "deliver nationwide, Australia, Philipines, Germany, Columbia, UK, ...but not ,it would appear, on their own doorstep?????? This company at best is a joke ...at worst????... STAY AWAY FROM FLORA2000 AND AVOID TOTAL FRUSTRATION AND TIME WASTING.

Had to give this awful company one star so that I can write a review. WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR!!!! After waiting 8 days for their 'Guaranteed Delivery on time' - and having to do all of the chasing to get something done, they have today said they can move the order to another florist but they cannot arrange for more added flowers by way of an apology to my friend for her 8 days late birthday bouquet - and they didn't even offer me a voucher for discount off a future purchase as an attempt to keep my not insignificant business with them... well shove your flowers where the sun don't shine Flora 2000. I gave you repeated opportunities and even ideas on how to save this situation and avoid a really bad review . BUT you are so NOT into customer care you totally ignored me - AT YOUR PERIL. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR A SECOND.

ugly arrangement delivered one day late. They offered me 10% discount. The "full refund if late" is a lie.
