I place a order with this site. On the 9th for flowers to be delivered to my gf on the 11th. I thought the flowers will arrive and everything be ok. They did not I email them. And they said been cancel and they never told me lol what a joke of a service. They would not give a free gift or anything. Just said rebook for the 13th Whitch I said ok. Guess what on the 13th NOTHING happened. I contact them they said it be their between 9pm and 7pm nothing came nothing I message them just said it’s on it’s way lol again crap service came to 7pm told them Full refund,or my bank with open a fraud case against them.guess what refund back. DONT BUY FROM THEM not worth crap on the streets keep away looking at the other reviews they do this a lot. My advice is buy flowers from local shop cheaper and better if sending overseas buy the flowers thier or reallllllyyyyy loooookk for a AStar company with good consumer service. Btw Anna who was dealing with me your service is Crap go back to learn how to deal well and respect the people who are putting food on your plate. And to Richard are u really lol

I ordered a flower for my love one. And it was not delivered on the right time. I tried to call them multiple times but no respond. They require me to call them to verify some information. But when I tried to call them they're the one who is not responding. Order never gets delivered and I don't have my refund. This company should be shutdown. Before more people gets fooled by this awful company.

Missed delivery deadline. Flora2000 has "Nothing is worse than a gift that arrives late" plastered all over their website, but they failed to deliver a get-well-soon flower to a hospital on the promised date. On the positive side, they quickly issued a full refund.

If I could give you 0 stars, I would. ATTENTION TO ALL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDS!! They stole $150 USD and never delivered the flowers... They dont ever answer phone calls and just forget about emails. Ive been trying to call for months and even emailed the "account director" and i have not heard anything. I cant believe companies like these still exist. I will be contacting the Ombudsman and you WILL be shut down. I can see I am not the only client with issues from you. This company is completely disgusting, they are thieves and liars.

Dear Mariam, This is regarding your order number 1551259 for Marcelina. We have sent you multiple emails advising that the delivery was successfully attempted to the address, however the recipient was not available at the address, when the outlet tried to re-deliver the flowers again, the recipient refused to accept the flowers. The reason the recipient refused to accept the flowers was because the recipient dint know where the flowers came from, you may check the tracking details below for the updates, Tracking number - 81113005827 You can track the package online at http://www.lbcexpress.com Our outlet has tried their best to deliver the order, they will still contact the recipient after the Lenten season by Monday to know if the recipient still need the flowers. We have been updating you with the details as soon as we hear from the outlet, we will keep you updated further as well. Thank you for understating.
