The flower arrived to my sister but the 3 balloon that I purchase together were not inflated. You mentioned you will refind the cost of the balloon but I am not happy at all. On 10th of May I ordered and paid $360 worth of flowers to be delivered to my mother in law in Japan who is dying from Leukaemia and my wife who will spend her last Mother’s Day with her mother. It’s not only unlawful what you do but it’s harms peoples lives. The mother’s day flowers I ordered are for my mother in law who is expected not to live more than a week. The mother’s day flowers I ordered for my wife were to bring her something positive at a time when she is grieving and spending her last mother’s day with her mother. Where is the ZERO STAR? I wish id read these reviews earlier. Can someone please let m know if they got their money back? Mother's day flowers never arrived. Their customer service is a joke and non-existent. 24/7 phone number is available in the US only and they have been offline and will be offline until 21st May (apprantly). Online chat will make it look like you're waiting in a queue until they close it of with a thank you for contacting us (never got through). Tried to contact on facebook, Emailed twice and still no response and no alternate form of contact. They should not be allowed to operate and compensate everyone for wasting their time.

I’ve ordered flowers for Valentines, still no news on arrival... I’ve email flora2000 on all their addresses a few times ie 10 + but no reply. Including to Richard, so called director... NO REPLY. Big mistake using this company. When I get back home to uk, I will do everything I can to make sure the world knows and attempt to bring down this website, so no one else suffers. Worst service ever They have confirmed the order of delivering flowers on my cousins birthday and they have not delivered it. It's been more than a week now and the flowers were not delivered nor the customer service ever responded. I have called the customer service to inquire about but they never respond. THIS IS SUCH A SHAME
