We are extremely sorry for what was delivered. A quality complain has immediately been initiated with our outlet in Pasig City & we will get back to you asap. In the mean time we would appreciate if you can send a picture of the arrangement delivered to [email protected] with the order number in the subject line. Only if this is possible. We are extremely sorry that your order was delivered late. As per the latest update from our delivering outlet deliveries to Ormoc City takes 48 hours as this is a far off area. Cause of the far off location your order was delayed, however please understand this is not an excuse used for the delay. We understand that you have been a loyal customer of Flora2000 and how important the occasion was for you. This has been a rare instance where we have failed to fully satisfy your order. As a gesture of goodwill we have refunded you in full for this order & also emailed you a $5 discount coupon which can be redeemed for a future order. Hope you will keep shopping with us once again. As per our previous discussions, we have re-shipped the 'Timeless Love' arrangement and the same will reach the recipient before Wednesday 5th September 2019. The new shipment will be at our cost. This entire incident should, of course, not happen and is not our standard. We once again are terribly sorry for all this. As a gesture of goodwill; we will discount your next order by $5.
