The flowers I ordered were roses arranged in a basket. They were beautiful, fresh and arranged nicely. Service and delivery were fast and courteous. The recipient has vast experience working with flowers. However, some of the roses began to wilt and die after two days. There wasn't much that could be done to save them. So it's a lovely arrangement but if you wish to appreciate the flowers for a longer period of time [like we usually do] purchasing long-stemmed roses and placing them in a vase may work better. Having said that we both liked the flowers and service and I would definitely buy from this company again.

I made two orders lately with flora2000. The flowers and arrangements were beatiful. However, first order went 5 days earlier. At the second order, the date was ın time but they sent the same arrangement as the first one, although i ordered a differeng one. I hope next one will be both correct and on right time.

I’ve read a lot of bad reviews after i did my order so i was very worried. I ordered some flowers and chocolate and a teddy bear for my gf in the Philippines as a valentine gift. I wanted it to be delivered on valentines day, but it was delivered 2 days in advance. Better too early than too late in my opinion. The roses weren’t entirely red like i ordered, but nevertheless it was a nice bouquet and the teddy bear looks good and the chocolate is ferrero rocher like they said. My gf is happy and so am i. Customer service is bad though, i emailed them and no response. If you want to use flora2000 in Phils, it got my recommendation. Less pricy than the others, just don’t expect the flowers to look exactly like the pic.

I read reviews after placing an order with this company (a little too late!!!!) .... I then tried to contact them to check on the progress and that was an absolute nightmare... there is no phone number just a live chat line which is horrible, BUT.... the gift selection of flowers and chocolates was delivered on time and that's all that counted. Not great customer service, at all, but they did deliver!
