Ordered about 2 dozen "fresh" pink & white carnations, and I got 6 semi-dead red roses...a day late, dead, different, cheap flowers, and no electronical receipt sent to me via e-mail.

Do not fall in this trap! Worst web ever! The contact number Doesn’t work and the order was never delivered. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. I’m not sure why the web hasn’t been shut down yet but I will take action on behalf of you all to chase this Richard guy.

No feedback on an email support request, delivery not delivered. Awful.

I placed an order for my mother in law's birthday on February 19. The day is almost over and still no delivery. I tried to call and just got a recording to email. No one has replied to my email either. My mother in law and wife are so upset

Most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered flowers to be delivered for Valentines Day. After paying it shows me things that I have agreed to, not before, after. One of the things” It May take up to 8 days for delivery” I immediately sent a message on messenger. I got a reply asking for my email. I was then blocked, so I used email. No response. It is now 2/17 still no flowers, or refund. This company is absolutely pathetic. Unreliable, and untrustworthy.

My bf ordered chocolates for me for valentines it said i will recieve it by saturday but until now i still didnt recieve it.

In the same boat as some of the folks below: Order No1626463 No confirmation, can't reach live chat. Phone number not working. Told to email "richard" at flora2000, and have done so twice with no response. Beware.
