I wish I could give 0 stars! Ordered flowers, my card got charged and the flowers were not delivered. I got an email saying they tried to call me to verify my credit card but nobody called me. Their live chat is a total joke and they don’t have a number to call if your are not in the US. Two days emailing them and trying to chat with them, nothing! My card is still charged and the flowers not delivered!

Terrible company!! Even worse customer service. Ordered for Mothers Day, strung us along for 10 days than said they couldn't deliver due to covid 19. Utterly ridiculous..... need to change your slogan!

DO NOT USED THIS WEBSITE. NOTHING THEY ADVERTISE IS DELIVERED. They have no intention of delivering the actual items on their site. We ordered a very expensive basket of cheeses, sausage, fruits, nuts and crackers. A plastic milk crate with some fruit and cheap crackers was delivered on the wrong day. No card, nothing, just a local grocery delivering $20 worth of fruit.

Do not order from this company. Customer service is unprofessional. I ordered flowers and added on chocolates. The flowers were delivered on time but the chocolates were delivered 2 and half weeks later. I had emailed them and it took them 2 and a half weeks to return my email. They would not give me any reimbursement on shipping or even a future discount code or anything. Never will I order from FLora2000 again!!!!!

Scam! Regretted instantly after ordering. Ordered 12 roses, got 6 tulips four days delayed and a bill 50% higher than ordered.

SCAM!!!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered Mother's Day flowers that they said would be delivered on May 9. No flowers came. Contacted them though email since chat and phone don't work (hmm) and I was told by a man named Richard that because of the pandemic, they would arrive by May 14. Still...no flowers.... Contacted them again saying I wanted to cancel the order. THEN on May 18th I get a charge for $79.99 on my card!!! STILL NO FLOWERS! I ONCE AGAIN write them and get a response that the flowers were delivered May 9. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? So now, I am disputing this with my credit card company. These people are CRIMINALS! Taking advantage of poor people during a CRISIS!!! SHAME!!!! Karma will get them. Please NEVER USE FLORA2000.

Flowers did not look like photo, arrived 3 days late with no explanation and the card was incorrect. Extremely poor customer service. This company is a scam, I’m telling you, RUN! They charged me in full and never replied to my emails. YOU SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!

What a rip-off. Too-late I discovered that the flowers that I ordered for my daughter's birthday in NZ was being charged in US dollars not Aust. The posy was most disappointing,certainly not value for money. The NZ Professional Florists can't help. Clive B.
